Approved Hypnotherapy schools are those schools that teach clinical hypnotherapy to the AQF level 5 or equivalent Diploma level.

Hypnotherapy has been taught to students for decades. The Hypnotherapy peak body – called Hypnotherapy Council of Australia – has negotiated a set of education standards for hypnotherapists to aspire to so they are able to assure their clients of the quality and certainty of their knowledge and training.
The education standards for hypnotherapists within ISPA reflect the overall industry standards which are either a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy or AQF of level 5 or higher. The approved schools below share these standards and train their students accordingly.
